Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., innerwear, perishables) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
